Your Hospital Provincial Negotiating Team (HPNT) just wrapped up its initial orientation and is already hitting the ground running preparing for bargaining in 2025.
Members have been clear that they want more transparency and involvement and we’re making it happen!
The first step is inviting all members at participating hospitals to attend regional demand-setting meetings, where they can ask questions, get involved and shape how and what we bargain for. Registration links are posted at ona.org/hospital-demands. The deadline to register is Wednesday, May 29 at 5 p.m.
